Work Environment
This role works most often in a specialized office environment which accommodates desk work and collections and crate handling, with some work taking place in exhibition galleries, storerooms, reading rooms, and loading docks
Physical Duties
- Requires accompanying materials on trucks for varied distances and lengths of time
- Can visually observe & inspect a variety of materials for change and damage
- Must be able to work onsite in Manhattan research center locations and Registrar’s Office location in Long Island City to meet program objectives
- May involve occasional travel
