JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:

Assist clients with their inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and maintain excellent customer service.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Analyze customer accounts and develop strategies to meet customer needs.

Maintain detailed records of sales and client interactions in the company CRM system.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong passion for sales.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Must be able to work full-time and in person at the assigned location.
