Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Development
- Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices.
- Build and manage a target account list.
- Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain new referral relationships.
- Support territory revenue growth initiatives.
Clinical & Customer Support
- Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes.
- Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use.
- Build strong relationships with nursing staff, surgical teams, and materials management.
- Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns.
Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation.
- Obtain required patient and provider signatures.
- Assist with inventory management and product tracking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
