Associate Scientist - Reagent Design & Characterization

If you’re passionate about proteins, assay development, and working in a collaborative, science-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

• Characterizing protein/antibody interactions and enzyme kinetics

• Performing SDS-PAGE, IEF, and Western blot analyses

• Supporting protein formulation and stability testing

• Maintaining detailed records in electronic lab notebooks and presenting findings to cross-functional teams

• Collaborating closely with scientists and cross-functional team members within R&D

• Strong technical aptitude for lab work and documentation

• Bachelors in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related fields (2-5 years of relevant experience in industry or academic lab)

• Knowledge of protein expression and purification desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

• Strong aptitude for learning new techniques with a problem solving mindset

• Ability to run multiple workflows independently and communicate results effectively

• Salary range starting at $62,000 based on experience
