Job Purpose:

This role involves end-to-end Security Management for Access Network sites & resolution of issues related to different authorities in the region.

Managing MS Vendor security team and processes
Job Responsibilities:
-
End to End coordination with Security Officers of Managed Services vendors for the security domain.
-
Provide solutions and recommendations to enhance the security of CMPAK assets and reduce problematic owner issues.
-
Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies for the areas where the regional team needs support.

Resolution of issues for sites located in the jurisdiction of armed forces & other authorities.
-
Keep track of the overall theft rate in the region and identify in case of any abnormality.

Routine meetings with MS vendor teams to review the plan and identify the risk areas.

End-to-end security invoice verification and monthly security reconciliation with MS vendors.

Theft/Asset Loss incidents penalty reconciliation record keeping.

Theft Investigation, Site Audits for all sites, and investigation of fire & major theft incidents.

Joint visits with Security Companies and Regional teams for disputed theft cases, fuel & CP theft sites & high OPEX sites.

Preparation of RFP /RFQ for security domain to procure required services.

Preparation of Policies /SOPs and guidelines for regional & MS vendors teams to ensure the security of assets and safeguard CMPAK interest.

Site Audits to ensure security SLA & SOW compliance. Support Regional teams for owner-related issues and site access challenges.

Arrangement of access of Zong sites for Zong employees / Vendors wherever required.

Ensuring disbursement of guards' salaries on time and conflict resolution between landlords and field teams to avoid downtime in the network.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree
Work Experience:

5-7 years Experience in Security Domain
