Backlink Specialist (Contractual)

Location: Lahore (On-site/Remote) Experience: 2 Years Employment Type: Contract (6 months)

We are looking for an experienced Backlink Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality backlinks and supporting overall SEO strategies to improve website visibility and Domain Authority (DA). This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Link Generation & Outreach
• Generate 900 high-quality backlinks over the contract period.
• Conduct research to identify authoritative and relevant websites for link opportunities.
• Outreach to webmasters, bloggers, and relevant platforms to acquire backlinks.
• Build relationship-based backlinks through guest posting, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Monitor competitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Content & SEO Support
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for link-building opportunities.
• Suggest content or topics for guest posts or linkable assets.
• Ensure anchor text optimization and diversity in backlinks.
• Link Analysis & Monitoring
• Monitor existing backlinks to ensure relevance, quality, and compliance with SEO best practices.
• Analyze the impact of backlinks on website performance and search engine rankings.
• Use SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) to track backlinks and identify broken or toxic links.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain detailed reports of links generated, outreach done, and progress toward targets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve link-building efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to align link-building efforts with overall SEO strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and backlinking trends and algorithm updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backlink building / SEO.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SEO and link-building best practices.
• Experience with outreach, link-analysis, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Ability to generate high-quality, relevant, and diversified backlinks.
• Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Track Record: Proven success in building backlinks and improving SEO performance.
