Associate SEO Content Writer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and SEO-savvy Associate Content Writer to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of full-time, onsite experience in SEO-focused copywriting (freelance work will not be considered). This role is essential to help manage the growing volume of content requests, particularly for SEO and PPC campaigns, and to uphold our quality standards without overloading our current team.

What You’ll Do:

• Write compelling, original, and optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Align content with brand voice and marketing goals for various clients.
• Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to create keyword-driven and conversion-focused copy.
• Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors, is plagiarism-free, and offers real value to the reader.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keyword placement, formatting, metadata, and internal linking.
• Perform content audits and reworks as needed for large-scale SEO and marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends.
• Maintain and manage content calendars to meet deadlines consistently.
• Use CRM and content management tools to streamline workflow and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of on-site experience in an SEO copywriting role (freelance experience will not be considered).
• Proven understanding of SEO principles, search intent, and user-focused writing.
• Ability to write copy that feels human and organic — not robotic or AI-generated.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of adapting to various brand tones and working under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and quick to onboard — ideally able to contribute within the first week.
