About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Service Consultant to manage and support our B2B clients. The role involves handling renewals, attending and making client calls, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients.

Handle service/policy renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.

Make outbound calls to clients for renewals, follow-ups, and service updates.

Attend inbound client calls and address queries effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service support.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in client servicing / customer support / B2B coordination.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.

Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B client handling.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
