We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Digital Marketing Associate to manage the operational side of our digital presence. This role focuses on social media execution, website maintenance, and marketing coordination — ensuring all approved content is correctly formatted, published, optimized, and reported.

You will with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Design Team, who will lead on strategy and content creation. Your responsibility will be to implement, schedule, and optimize this content across platforms for maximum performance and visibility.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Execution & Optimization)

  • Manage up to three brand accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Format and prepare all assets for posting (video, image, copy, captions, hashtags, sizing, subtitles).
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools like Later, Hootsuite, or native platform tools, ensuring posts go live at optimal times across time zones.
  • Optimize content timing and tagging based on platform best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Implement and monitor paid social campaigns (boosted posts, follower growth, targeting, ad tracking).
  • Monitor engagement and escalate comments or messages where necessary.
  • Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and support monthly reporting.
  • Stay up to date on social platform updates and algorithm changes to maintain strong performance.

Website Management (Maintenance & Optimization)

  • Maintain and update content in the company CMS.
  • Ensure all links, job postings, images, and videos are functional and up to date.
  • Improve SEO performance and visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
  • Connect website analytics with social channels for unified performance tracking.
  • Report monthly on web traffic, ranking, and visitor insights.
  • Coordinate with IT/web teams to ensure website uptime, speed, and security.
  • Conduct quarterly audits for broken links, outdated information, and optimization opportunities.

Marketing Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, partners locally and globally for merchandise, collaterals, apparel, and giveaways — managing logistics, shipments, and payments with Procurement and Finance.
  • Manage content calendars and timelines.
  • Format and quality-check marketing documents, presentations, and letters using existing templates.
  • Maintain and organize marketing folders and digital assets (photos, videos, templates) on OneDrive and Notion.
  • Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing social, website, and paid activity performance.
  • Compile insights into actionable recommendations for timing, formats, and audience targeting.
  • Support the CMO with analytics dashboards and consolidated reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc support across marketing operations, reporting, and team communications

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media operations.
  • Proven experience managing brand accounts across major social platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of social media tools, algorithms, and ad systems.
  • Experience with scheduling platforms (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and CMS management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with file management tools (OneDrive, Notion, or equivalent).

  • Comfort with extremely basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).

Preferred / Bonus

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience coordinating with international vendors or agency partners.
  • Basic HTML or web troubleshooting skills.
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging platforms for search and social visibility.
