Associate Software Developer

Role Description:

• Develop, implement, and enhance software programs, including new projects and existing systems.
• Design, test, and maintain software databases and functionality for optimal performance.
• Stay updated on new development tools and techniques, and document solutions and supporting diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with management and technical teams to align on software requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts and staff, test software in controlled environments, and provide ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
• Basic understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript and modern ES concepts.
• Familiarity with Node.js or any backend framework (academic or personal projects acceptable).
• Knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Understanding databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and fundamental software design principles.
• Awareness of web development basics, including RESTful APIs and frontend concepts.
• Exposure to Android or iOS development is an advantage.
• Demonstrates quick learning ability, adaptability to new technologies, and strong teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
