Full Stack Engineer (Junior/Recent Graduate)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to work with modern technologies and AI integrations while building real-world web applications in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Build and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript
• API Integration: Work with REST APIs to connect frontend and backend systems
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code following best practices
• Continuous Learning: Actively learn new technologies and development patterns
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior engineers to develop your skills and contribute to projects
• AI Exploration: Participate in projects involving AI integrations (OpenAI, LLMs) and learn to build intelligent features
• Modern Tools: Leverage AI-powered developer tools like CursorAI, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience (through projects, internships, or coursework) with:
  • Python and at least one web framework (Django or FastAPI)
  • React.js and JavaScript fundamentals
  • Git and version control basics
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design

AI & Modern Development

• Strong interest in AI and machine learning applications
• Eagerness to learn and work with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Willingness to explore AI developer productivity tools

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Self-motivated with a passion for technology

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary Range: 70,000 - 80,000 PKR
• Location: Onsite
• Work Schedule: 2 PM to 11 PM
