Your Role at Baxter
As a Baxter R&D Co-op , you will contribute directly to our mission to empower clinicians and health systems with tools to make a difference in patients and clinicians' lives. It's ambitious work—and you're not on your own.
We are an innovation team within the Baxter FLC group charged with creating the next generation of medical devices and monitors. We are seeking co-ops to help us research and innovate product ideas based on improving care by saving and sustaining lives.
Your Team
You will be a part of the FLC Exam Diagnostics group, which supports both new product development projects and sustainment of currently marketed products. You will work with a cross functional team that consists of other engineering disciplines, operations, and quality assurance. We work together to develop, test, and launch products that improve patient care.
We encourage partnership, collaboration and prioritize building relationships with each other. Our teams support innovation and out-of-the-box thinking balanced with shared expertise and accountability.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $26.00 - $28.00 an hour.
