We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Change Management Analyst to support our organization’s transition from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. In this role, you will assist in ensuring a smooth adoption of the new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform and help maintain business continuity during the change process.
Key Accountabilities
System Transition Support: Assist in migrating processes and data from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow under guidance from senior team members.
User Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validate migrated data, and report discrepancies for resolution.
Training & Documentation: Help prepare training materials, update user guides, and support performance calls to address user queries.
User Support: Respond to basic user questions regarding ServiceNow functionality and escalate complex issues as needed.
Communication Assistance: Support internal communication efforts by drafting updates and FAQs for end-users.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and change management leads to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience with IT Service Management concepts and tools,ServiceNow.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
