About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team reporting to the Director. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, location.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the technical sales process and enabling the field-based Solution Consulting and Sales teams by building and maintaining demo and proof-of-concept environments that showcase Gainsight’s product capabilities to potential customers.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for building Demo and POC environments for the field-based Solution Consulting & Sales teams that are then delivered to potential customers
Act as an internal Gainsight Admin of Solutions Engineering Operations POD for the Gainsight product suite i.e. CS, PX, CC, SJ and ST demo environments
Configuring and maintaining internal and cross functional master demo environments with new releases and up-to-date features
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to get the new updates incorporated into demos
Analyze the data and design the solution to align with business needs and use cases
Configure the Gainsight platform to align with the unique needs and technical requirements of potential customers
Utilize your technical knowledge, skills and abilities to customize demos and build out-of-box integrations to drive the technical sales to success and show the clear value proposition

What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services related is required, SaaS experience is preferred
Hands-on experience of 0.6 - 2 years of CRM, databases, data integration processes. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, and various SaaS platforms are considered relevant
Solid technical skills and aptitude are required - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
Solid Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and senior leader stakeholders
Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
Capability to be dynamic and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Passion to be an expert on the product and for being part of a fast growing company
Strong communication, presentation, consultative skills
Gainsight experience/certification is a plus
B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent
