As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and data driven insights, we are seeking an Associate Specialist, Strategic Demand Management. What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?

Data Demand Management Skills: Effectively manage and prioritize data demand requests from clients and insurance teams, utilizing ticket management systems to ensure timely processing and tracking.

Analytical Skills: Analyze complex client and insurance data requests to deliver accurate and insightful results, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate data demand activities across multiple divisions within IDA, AXA XL, and AXA organizations to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Metrics and Reporting: Assist in developing and maintaining key demand metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance leadership’s decision-making capabilities.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the demand intake process, driving efficiencies and best practices within IDA.

Resource Planning and Estimation: Contribute to assessing project estimates and resource requirements to support effective demand planning.

Stakeholder Support: Support leadership in maintaining an up-to-date demand intake inventory, ensuring transparency and visibility across teams.

Process Alignment: Ensure alignment with broader operational and technological intake processes, adopting industry best practices.

Process Evaluation and Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current demand management processes, making recommendations to leadership for enhancements that streamline workflows.

Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a customer-first mindset by prioritizing stakeholder service quality and responsiveness in all demand management activities.
You will report to Scientist - Strategic Demand Management.
What you will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:

Basic understanding of department, division, and corporate strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages.

Familiarity with Insurance business and alignment to data domains.

Results-driven and detail-oriented approach.

Resiliently determines and executes research to support business decisions.

Relevant years of experience in a data role (analytics, specialist, or engineer).

Passion for data and experience working within a data-driven organization.

Working knowledge of MS Excel pivots or similar reporting tools to generate metrics and understand demand.

Data wrangling and analysis experience.

Proficient experience with SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.

Developing and applying analytical competency and process improvement skills.

Intermediate understanding of business problems, with the ability to influence and employ agile problem-solving methods.

Ability to resiliently determine and execute research related to technical data tasks.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (implied through experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL).
