Associate - Strategy Consulting
to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and business leaders to design and deliver solutions that enable clients to achieve sustainable growth, optimize costs, and transform their operating models. You will play a key role in supporting engagements across
GTM strategy, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Global Business Services (GBS strategy), growth strategy, and operating model design
.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
-
Assist in the design and execution of client strategies, including GTM (Go-to-Market), GBS, GCC, and growth strategies.

Conduct industry research, market analysis, and benchmarking to provide insights into client opportunities and challenges.

Support the creation of business cases and strategic roadmaps for transformation initiatives.

Operating Model & Business Design
-
Contribute to defining and optimizing operating models for client organizations.

Assist in designing frameworks for shared services, GCCs, or GBS transformation.

Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.

Client Engagement & Delivery
-
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality consulting deliverables such as presentations, reports, and operating model designs.

Participate in workshops, interviews, and client discussions to gather requirements and validate findings.

Help prepare executive-level presentations that summarize key findings, insights, and recommendations.

Project & Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Work under the guidance of senior consultants, contributing to problem-solving and decision-making.

Manage assigned workstreams effectively and meet project timelines.

Research & Thought Leadership

Stay updated on emerging trends in strategy consulting, GCCs, GBS, operating models, and cost optimization.

Contribute to internal knowledge development, frameworks, and tools to enhance consulting practices.

Support the preparation of whitepapers, case studies, and other client-facing insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of strategy consulting frameworks and methodologies.

Exposure to GTM strategy, GCC/GBS operating models, growth strategy, and cost optimization.

Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and synthesize insights.

Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing deliverables.

Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization platforms.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Prior experience working with GCCs or supporting GBS transformation.
