- SaaS Application Management: Act as an administrator for a variety of enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zylo, and Lumos.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams on evidence collection for audits, ensuring we meet HIPAA and PCI DSS standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides to support IT workflows and empower self-service.
- Operational Support: Participate in a periodic on-call rotation to address identity-related issues, ensuring our systems stay reliable 24/7.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, preferably in an identity-focused role.
- Technical Literacy: Foundational knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, and SCIM) and experience managing users/groups in AD or LDAP environments.
- Scripting Skills: Ability to read and understand code, with the proficiency to make minor modifications to Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proven ability to troubleshoot authentication issues across various SaaS platforms with a focus on customer delight.
- Communication: Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical processes to both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Alignment with Our Values: A desire to innovate boldly, think big, and contribute to a culture that values doing good.
