Associate TA Partner

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent databases
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring roles
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive talent

2. Screening & Candidate Assessment

• Review CVs and evaluate candidates against role requirements
• Conduct phone/video screenings to assess fit, motivation, and availability
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with accurate summaries

3. Interview Coordination & Logistics

• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure interviewers are well‑briefed and prepared
• Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools
• Understanding of basic interviewing and talent screening techniques
• Fluent English
