We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, dynamic individual as our new Associate Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will play an integral role in developing Horizontal Digital's talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly organized and a proactive problem solver who is passionate about delivering a first-class recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams.
What you'll do :
- Support the recruiting process from start to finish, including communicating with candidates professionally, outbound sourcing, and resume review.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Post open positions to our website and job boards.
- Create candidate pipelines by understanding open positions and sourcing viable candidates to present to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for employees and contractors.
- Provide administrative support for the KSA office.
- Support Human Resources team administrative tasks.
- Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Research, collect, and compile data from various sources and prepare reports for analysis.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition projects, such as developing a campus recruiting strategy.
- Manage specific requisitions, such as Contractor roles.

- Knowledge of ATS systems, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Interest in sourcing tools and techniques, including social networking, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
