Associate Tech Consultant – WMS (Wavar Mitra Saheli) & Tech Operations

Job Summary:

The Associate Tech Consultant will support the Wavar Mitra Saheli (WMS) initiative by managing app operations, assisting with e-commerce activities, generating sales through WMS leads, and creating impactful presentations for training and reporting. The role combines tech support, field coordination, sales enablement, and content creation to enhance the Wavar App experience for farmers & rural entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for the WMS (Wavar Mitra / Saheli) platform within the Wavar App ecosystem.

* Assist in the onboarding and training of Mitra Sahelis, enabling them to effectively use the app and its features.

* Support e-commerce operations on the platform, including product listings, order tracking, and vendor coordination.

* Generate sales opportunities from WMS users and leads by building trust, understanding farmer needs, and recommending suitable solutions (not target-based).

* Collaborate with Mitra Sahelis to convert leads into sales while promoting Wavar’s IPM & agri-products.

* Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and training materials to support internal reviews and field engagement.

* Help track and improve WMS engagement & sales metrics by collecting user feedback and supporting system improvements.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong PowerPoint (PPT) & presentation design skills for training, reporting, and outreach.

* Experience or familiarity with e-commerce management (product uploads, order tracking, catalog updates).

* Sales skills with the ability to generate sales from WMS and other leads (without strict targets).

* Good communication skills to explain product value and convert leads into paying customers.

* Interest in digital marketing, rural entrepreneurship, and community-driven platforms.

Qualifications:

* BBA / MBA (Agri) or equivalent.

Experience: 0–2 Years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹368,958.76 - ₹1,375,770.17 per year
