Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create content and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology focusing US audience as consumers.
  • Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
  • Portray the information as appropriate in the form of drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate the Product features.
  • Keep abreast of latest industry trends and knit it together with the organizational needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and quality execution of content projects.
  • Coordinate with geographically distributed content teams and stakeholders.
  • Gather the content feedback, look for areas of improvements, prioritize, and implement the constructive suggestions.
  • Emerge as a subject matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility through interactive learning and apply the expertise in creating the content independently.


Skill Sets:

  • Strong writing skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and writing style with an eye for detail.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and their objectives.
  • Ability to work within agreed timelines
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in software product documentation
