Associate Technology Consultant

Job Description

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, and security appliances (e.g., Sophos, Fortinet).
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for client environments, including network diagrams, site survey reports, and project handover manuals.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries during the project implementation phase, resolving standard configuration issues and escalating complex problems to Senior Consultants.
• Support the planning and execution of IT projects by tracking milestones and ensuring all technical prerequisites are met before on-site visits.
• Actively work toward obtaining relevant industry certifications and staying updated on emerging technologies to provide better value to clients and the internal team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with specific technologies (e.g., Active Directory, cloud computing platforms).
• IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA).
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Active Directory: 1 year (Required)
• Cloud Computing Platforms: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• MCSA (Preferred)
• CCNA (Preferred)
