Job Purpose

The trader will be responsible to execute client trades through multiple asset classes, help develop both the cash equity platform and help introduce new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure best execution is applied to all trades and as per client instructions across all asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs and derivatives)

Build strong relationship with institutional clients.

Work on increasing IOI and flow facilitation capabilities

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product area including but not limited to market liquidity and volatility, pricing and trading strategies

Develop close and effective working relationships within respective Regions/Countries/Functions/Global Businesses

Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Act on unusual/ unacceptable activity or behaviors and escalate appropriately

Where applicable, lead, develop and motivate the team to attract, retain and develop capacity, capability and talents with the required key relevant skills

Works closely with management to ensure delivery of strategic goals and initiatives.

Ensure that trades conform to regulations of the Capital Markets Authority and report any concerns/issues

Leverages technology and internet platforms to deliver high value customer experience and reduce processing time
