Phaedra Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Trainee Business Developer to support our business operations and client engagement activities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and sending client proposals, follow-up emails, and project updates.
- Help create and manage business documentation such as contracts, proposals, and agreements.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain communication timelines.
- Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and emerging business trends.
- Support senior team members in managing leads and updating CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Maintain organized records of client communications and feedback.
- Handle administrative support tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
- Learn and use tools such as ClickUp (task management) and GChat (communication).
- Participate in client meetings to observe and assist with follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of business development and client management.
