Summary
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Associate Trainee – Business Developer (Intern) to join our team at Phaedra Solutions. In this role, you will assist with client outreach, support business operations, and leverage your skills in Microsoft Excel, AI tools, and strong communication to help drive growth and strengthen client relationships. You will also be responsible for researching potential clients and assisting in booking meetings.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Research & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online research, industry databases, social media, etc.).
  • Initiate contact and engage in meaningful conversations to establish potential business relationships.

Client Communication & Follow-ups

  • Draft and send follow-up emails to clients, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professional communication.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in every client interaction, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Meeting Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Use Microsoft Excel to track client interactions, update CRM, analyze data, and generate reports to assist in business strategy.

AI Tools & Process Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline outreach efforts, automate tasks, and enhance communication strategies.

Client Relationship Support

  • Provide administrative support in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Business Graduates.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort in engaging with clients via email, phone, and other digital communication channels.
  • Ability to manage client data accurately and keep track of communication history.
