Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support
- Assist in managing job postings and maintaining the company’s career portals.
- Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and behavioral screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management
- Collect and organize interview feedback from internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Recommend suitable candidates to seniors for further hiring stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (preferred but not required).
