Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Assist in managing job postings and maintaining the company’s career portals.
• Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic and behavioral screening interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Management

• Collect and organize interview feedback from internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Recommend suitable candidates to seniors for further hiring stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Certification in HR or talent acquisition (preferred but not required).

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
