Associate Travel Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Travel Manager to support daily travel operations while actively contributing to sales growth and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, travel industry knowledge, and the ability to balance operational coordination with business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and internal meetings within the travel division
• Handle internal and external correspondence, including ERP-related tasks
• Assist in planning and organizing travel packages and itineraries
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators
• Monitor booking payments, invoicing, and outstanding balances
• Coordinate closely with sales, visa processing, and operations teams
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market developments

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Provide customized travel solutions based on client needs, budgets, and preferences
• Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, and related travel products
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in travel agency operations, travel coordination, or related administrative roles
• Travel agency experience is a strong advantage
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools
• Familiarity with social media trends related to travel sales and promotions
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
