We’re Hiring: Associate Trial Attorney | Insurance Defense
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – Remote Flexibility)

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + Benefits

Ford & Britton, P.C. is a small, well-established litigation firm based in the Chicago Loop. We focus on insurance defense litigation, with a strong emphasis on construction, premises liability, and transportation matters.

We are currently seeking an Associate Trial Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work.

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish — including depositions, court appearances, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Illinois and in good standing
• Ability to manage a full litigation caseload independently
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience with court appearances, depositions, and trial prep
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to client service
