As an IT Associate, you’ll be part of the first-line support team, responsible for handling incoming IT support issues via calls and Microsoft Teams. About the Information Technology Service Line

Our Information Technology Service Line is committed to delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support both internal operations and client-facing services. We focus on operational excellence, proactive support, and continuous improvement. By fostering collaboration and embracing emerging technologies, we ensure our infrastructure and services are aligned with business needs and future ready.


As an IT Associate some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing support via calls, Teams, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), including basic configuration and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with users and technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain documentation of support processes and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

Skills

  • UAE National with a family book
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or any tech-related field.
  • Experience in technical support or IT issue investigation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively support and guide users
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of X++, Visual Studio, SSRS, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and spoken English
