Job Title: Junior Executive – Vendor & Resource Management

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Vendor & Resource Management to support our E-Learning Content Services business. The role involves managing vendor partnerships, coordinating internal/external resources, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor coordination, resource scheduling, and operational support within the content services, publishing, or digital learning domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management
-
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with content, design, localization, and technology vendors.

Coordinate with vendors for project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Track vendor performance, quality, and adherence to SLAs.

Negotiate timelines and costs to ensure cost-effective delivery.
-
Support procurement and contract documentation processes.
Resource Management
-
Track resource availability and maintain updated resourcing databases/trackers.
-
Allocate internal and external resources to projects based on skillsets and demand.
-
Monitor utilization levels, bench status, and flag under/over-allocation.
-
Assist in forecasting resource requirements aligned with project pipeline.

Share insights with HR/recruitment/training teams to address skill gaps.
Operational & Reporting Support

Maintain dashboards/reports on vendor performance, resource utilization, and project status.

Ensure timely updates of project/resource movements in systems/tools.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Content Teams, and QA teams for smooth delivery.

Support process improvements in vendor management and workforce planning.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, vendor agreements, and quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Content Services / E-Learning workflows (instructional design, authoring, multimedia, localization).

Good knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and workforce planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or workforce/vendor management tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management and/or Resource Management within Content Services, E-Learning, Publishing, or Digital Media industries.
-
Exposure to project management methodologies and tools preferred.
