We are looking for an Associate Vice President- ATM Channel Manager to overall manage ATM channel, activity includes installation, budgeting, enhancements, revenue and sales. The channel manager will ensure that the ATM channel uptime and customer experience on ATMs is among the best in the industry. The channel manager will be solution oriented to reduce queuing at ATMs by building new functionalities.

What You Will Be Doing:

Support strategic business growth initiatives through effective ATM channel management.

Drive revenue generation and sales performance via bank ATM deployments.

Ensure the ATM network is intuitive, customer-centric, and aligned with evolving user expectations.

Oversee the execution of approved ATM-related projects, ensuring timely go-live in accordance with business objectives.

Manage the allocated budget for ATM installations, implementing a maker-checker process to control costs related to rentals, repairs, and associated expenses.

Perform monthly network performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain fiscal discipline by monitoring ATM installation budgets and enforcing cost control measures through a maker-checker protocol.

Ensure high availability of ATM services, maintaining uptime targets of 97% for EDMs and 99% for ATMs.

Fulfill audit and compliance requirements in alignment with business standards and regulatory expectations.
What We Are Looking For:

University Degree or Equivalent
-
Certifications in compliance/ certifications in operational risk management / certification in finance.

8 – 10 years’ experience in banking industry with vast exposure to ATM channels & Project Management
What You Should Have:

A combination of business and operations skill with expertise in finding ATM locations as per business needs.

Ability to drive a sales team and achieve targets through ATM channels

Good evaluation skills to estimate time schedules and decision – making skills to delier efficient, error free projects

Project, People and Change management skills with focus on getting results and ability to interact with managers and staff at all levels
