JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an Associate Vice President with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record in new logo acquisition within the IT solutions and services industry.
This is not a farming or account management role; it is a pure business development role where success is defined by winning new clients, penetrating new accounts, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for opening doors with enterprise and mid-market clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, focusing on IT solutions, services, staffing, and workforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, target-driven, and thrives in high-competition sales environments.
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Generate new leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping.

Convert prospects into clients by presenting IT solutions, services, staffing, and contract workforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a clear focus on short-term wins and long-term growth.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services such as permanent recruitment, payroll outsourcing, managed services, and workforce solutions.
Vertical & Market Ownership

Take full ownership of developing a client base within your assigned vertical.

Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, hiring cycles, salary trends, and competitor strategies.

Dedicate the majority of efforts to the Saudi market while supporting expansion across GCC markets as part of the growth strategy.

Position the organization as a trusted partner in IT solutions and services.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers.

Conduct high-impact client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to service delivery in collaboration with recruitment and operations teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing clients with insights into workforce planning, industry benchmarks, and staffing trends.
Strategic Market Expansion

Play an active role in shaping the sales playbook for new vertical development.

Provide regular market feedback and intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies.

Education

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or a related field preferred.
Professional Experience

15–18 years of experience in a sales hunter role within the IT solutions, services, staffing, or workforce solutions industry (mandatory).

Proven ability to acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients in a competitive B2B environment.

Strong knowledge of IT services, contract staffing models, managed services, and workforce outsourcing solutions.

Exposure to industries such as Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, or Engineering is preferred.

Strong understanding of the Saudi market and GCC business landscape is highly preferred.
