REQUIRED: at least 3 years of Banking, Finance & Capital Markets experience for ASSOCIATE position.

REQUIRED: at least 5 years of Banking, Finance & Capital Markets experience for SENIOR ASSOCIATE position.

Prior corporate M&A experience would be credited only in part, with 50% credit applied toward meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.

Prior litigation experience would not be credited toward the relevant eligibility criteria.

Job Description

The Associate/Senior Assoicate will work with the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Team which focuses on initial public offerings and crypto assets and provides services to various international and local banks, fintech, brokerage, portfolio management and public companies and crypto currency exchanges.

Requirements

We seek an experienced lawyer with the following qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets of a reputable local/ international law firm, bank or brokerage company (5 years for the Senior Associate position).

- Bachelor’s degree from a leading, accredited law school, or from another law school with a record of outstanding academic achievement.

- Fluency in written and spoken English,

- Enthusiasm to work hard to be one of the most skilled lawyers in the area.
