Association Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

• Marketing and Communications: Help manage day-to-day branch marketing and communications requests to support individual branch needs and goals in support of membership, programs, classes, events, fundraising and other initiatives.
• Graphic Design: Demonstrate strong graphic design skills to create print, digital and promotional materials to be used for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Work with the digital team to help create and implement branch social media marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team member in a fast-paced environment. Work with the digital team to help execute the day-to-day operations of all digital properties (web, email, social, mobile).
• Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work professionally and effectively with multiple individuals and personalities at the branch and Metro level.
• Ensure all materials adhere to Y USA brand guidelines and help monitor design compliance with guidelines throughout the association.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree communications, marketing, graphic design, related field or equivalent education or experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Must have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must have good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people in both in-person and virtual settings.
