One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to clients seeking opportunities abroad. We specialize in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas, ensuring a seamless process for our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asst. Branch / Sales Manager to lead our local operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, administration, and staff supervision.
• Ensure smooth client handling and maintain professional communication standards
• Ensure proper documentation, case follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor Staff Performance and Attendance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Assisting Branch Manager in Day to Day Operations.
• Prepare reports and share updates with Head Office
• Support sales and service teams in achieving branch targets

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree. (Master is a Plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in administration, branch operations, or management role (Immigration/Consultancy experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be target-oriented and professional in conduct
• Prior experience in client-facing roles and team coordination is a strong plus.
• Expertise & Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Urdu).
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with student visas, skilled migration, visit visas, and immigration eligibility assessments is a plus.

Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
