Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Chiller Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, hands-on experience in assisting maintenance work, and a willingness to learn from senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chiller technicians with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled).
• Help in the inspection, cleaning, and replacement of system components (filters, coils, pumps, etc.).
• Monitor and report any abnormal system behaviors or potential issues.
• Support in system performance testing and calibration under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Record service activities and follow the maintenance checklist as guided by supervisors.
• Follow company health and safety policies while working on-site.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar assistant/helper role.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, or outdoor conditions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Mechanical (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience working in Facilities Management or HVAC service companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• troubleshooting of chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled).: 1 year (Preferred)
