Asst. Facility Manager - Civil

Oversee day-to-day civil maintenance of buildings.

Monitor condition of walls, floors, roofs, waterproofing, façades, and external works Coordinate repairs related to cracks, seepage, settlement, and wear & tear.

Assist in minor civil projects, renovations, and fit-outs.

Coordinate with civil contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

Enforce site safety practices during civil works.

• Maintain maintenance records, drawings, permits, and inspection reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on civil activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
