Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager.

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial operations of our growing chain of adventure parks under the EOD Adventure Parks brand. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, and strategic analysis.

As our brand continues to expand its presence across NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and other regions, the Assistant Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability, scalability, and efficiency of multi-location operations. The position calls for a forward-thinking individual who can adapt to a dynamic business environment and support the financial backbone of our expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for all park locations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for growth across multiple branches.
  • Support the Finance Manager in presenting financial insights to senior management to drive expansion-related decisions.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor the park’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare forecasts and variance analyses for new and existing branches to assess profitability and resource allocation.
  • Assist in building financial models for proposed expansions or new projects.

3. Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor cash flow across multiple units to ensure operational liquidity and smooth inter-branch fund management.
  • Support the development of strategies for optimizing cash utilization and reducing financial risks during expansion phases.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and fund transfers between branches.

4. Strategic Financial Planning

  • Contribute to the financial planning for new park developments and business ventures across NCR, UP, and Haryana.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions, site selection, and feasibility assessments.
  • Participate in the creation of financial frameworks that support sustainable growth and brand expansion.

5. Expense Control and Cost Analysis

  • Analyze expenses across departments and branches to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization in procurement, operations, and logistics while maintaining quality standards.
  • Track capital expenditure for expansion projects and report on ROI.

6. Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, taxation requirements, and internal audit controls.
  • Support the Finance Manager in identifying risks associated with expansion and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain coordination with auditors, banks, and financial institutions for smooth financial operations.

7. Financial Systems and Processes

  • Support the integration of standardized financial systems across all park locations.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing technology-driven improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in ERP/accounting systems for multi-location reporting.

8. Team Support and Development

  • Supervise and train junior finance staff in daily operations and compliance procedures.
  • Encourage teamwork, accuracy, and a culture of accountability within the finance department.
  • Support internal knowledge transfer as the brand expands into new markets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and financial modeling abilities.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team managing multiple units.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and reporting skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of branch-level financial reporting.
  • Budget and forecast adherence for each operating location.
  • Cost optimization and reduction of overheads during expansion.
  • Cash flow stability across all park units.
  • Compliance and audit readiness at all times.
  • Contribution to financial systems integration and scalability initiatives.

Work Environment

The Assistant Finance Manager will operate primarily from the corporate office but will coordinate with finance teams across all park locations (currently Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Agra). Occasional travel to new project sites and partner locations in NCR, UP, and Haryana may be required to support expansion, training, and financial oversight activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
