Asst. Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Officer to assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounts department in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong numerical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accounts
• Record daily transactions, vouchers, and entries
• Prepare Contracts, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Support in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Assist senior accountants during audits
• Maintain CRM Record
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
