Asst HR Manager

Position: Assistant HR Manager
Organization: DPS Kollam
Location: Kollam
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in an HR Generalist role from a reputed organization
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee grievances and maintain proper records.
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to drive HR best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist profile from a reputed organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment laws.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
