Position: Assistant HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in an HR Generalist role from a reputed organization

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee grievances and maintain proper records.
- Work collaboratively with senior management to drive HR best practices across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist profile from a reputed organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment laws.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
