About Us

Sehat Medical Devices (Pvt) Ltd is a growing medical equipment manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Asst. Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team and support our financial operations.

Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, payroll)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Taxation & FBR Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations and tax laws
  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax)
  • Handle STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number) and NTN (National Tax Number) matters
  • Manage e-filing through IRIS portal and other FBR systems
  • Deduct and deposit withholding taxes as per applicable laws
  • Prepare and submit withholding tax statements
  • Handle tax audits, notices, and correspondence with FBR
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for tax planning and filing

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making
  • Develop strategies to minimize tax liability and improve financial efficiency
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
  • Strong command of accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
