RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
· Preparing bank reconciliations and Accounts Statements;
· Maintaining account ledgers and assist in monthly closing;
· To oversee Accounts Payable processes to ensure accurate and timely closing and collection of invoices;
· To process transactions and perform accounting duties like account maintenance, recording entities and reconciling books of accounts;
· To manage functions like general ledger, accounts payable and project accounting;
· To keep a track of the company’s financial expenditures, maintain a database and provide reports as and when requested by the management;
· To maintain precise records of all vendor payments;
· Monitor tax liabilities and to make sure tax liabilities are paid on time;
· Responsible for payments and keeping a record of all invoices;
· To compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payments and other charges;
· Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors;
· Resolving all payable related issued with internal and external stakeholders;
· Assist in ad-hoc reporting as required.
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
