Asst Manager Business development (Real Estate) (Male/Female)

Topaz Group of Companies is looking for dynamic and highly motivated Asst Manager Business Development with a presentable personality and excellent communication skills to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have strong property market knowledge, convincing abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property sales and purchase leads.
  • Deal with clients professionally and provide complete property consultation.
  • Conduct meetings and property site visits with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Present and explain property investment opportunities effectively.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of property market trends and available inventory.
  • Prepare sales reports and client follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Male/Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a presentable and professional personality.
  • Own car is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in property sales/purchase or real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate/property market.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
