The ideal candidate must have strong property market knowledge, convincing abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales and purchase leads.
- Deal with clients professionally and provide complete property consultation.
- Conduct meetings and property site visits with clients.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Present and explain property investment opportunities effectively.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Maintain updated knowledge of property market trends and available inventory.
- Prepare sales reports and client follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Requirements
- Male/Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a presentable and professional personality.
- Own car is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in property sales/purchase or real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate/property market.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
