Asst. Manager, Business Process Management

Responsibilities
  • Lead process re-engineering projects and aim to streamline and improve the workflows within the assigned projects.
  • Active engagement with the stakeholders to understand issues and manage the change process which may include cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for shortfalls/issues identified during performance analysis.
  • Define relationships among various interfering processes.
  • Facilitate Process Excellence workshops with related stakeholders.
  • Document progress/changes throughout the progress of project
  • Periodically report progress of projects and activities
  • Train project team on methodologies used for process improvements as well as project management.
  • Coordinate the implementation of improved processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis for missing processes.
  • Planning of related activities throughout the year
  • Algin process automation with IT department.
  • Propose way to improve department activities.

  • Years of Experience
  • 6 - 7 Years
