 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards for offshore operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for offshore personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records for regulatory and client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in HSE roles within offshore oil &amp; gas projects.
 </li>
