Job Description:
Ensuring safe & secure compliance of terminal activities following ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHS standards with continuous risk assessment, effective engagement of team in order to identify threats, incidents, and issues by periodic reviews of analysis reports, incident reports and daily operational and administration output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance of the Terminal with HSEQ standards and local legislation.
- Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Remediation at facilities.
- Lead and complete all the incident investigations (including transport), finding underlying root causes using specialized investigative technique for high impact incidents and working to find out SMART solutions to avert recurrence.
- Train resources on behavior-based safety program, reporting of HSE related KPIs, accidents, near miss and deviation reports on to the system
- Imparting HSE trainings of workforce and contractors on hazard recognition, risk analysis for safe execution of work. Conducting audits in the field to assess the performance in the field and assist in bridging the gaps
- Administered Safety & Logistics Management, CCTV Surveillance Operations, Emergency Evacuation Management, Security Analysis & formulation of Security Plan, Threat & Risk Assessments, security Budget Management, Develop & Implement Security Protocols, Policies & SOPs.
Qualifications:
- BE (Mechanical /Electrical) with at least 3+ years of experience in oil terminals operations.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, Civil Defense, Fire Fighting, First Aid etc
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
