What are we looking for?

• 1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.

• 1 year of timeshare marketing experience.

• Ability to optimally manage people and scheduling for a large team.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication.

• Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting time frames.

• Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.

• Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.

• BA/BS/bachelor's degree.
