Asst. Manager Internal Audit ( C.A Inter)

Job Description:

Golden Pearl Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Audit to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate should be CA Inter with completed articleship.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigating measures.

Review and verify financial statements, ledgers, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in fraud detection, process automation, and control enhancements.

Collaborate with different departments, including finance, procurement, and production, to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Prepare and present audit findings and reports to senior management with practical recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA Inter with completed articleship from a reputable audit firm.

2-4 years of post-articleship experience in internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
