Responsibilities
  • 1- Ensures bulk processing of meal components in accordance with CATRION standards and individual customers agreed specifications using the cooking processes in the section
  • 2- Supervises / prepare food products in accordance with customer's demand for food presentation, suggestions and developments, etc.
  • 3- Works in close cooperation with all sections and other related departments.
  • 4- Schedules, controls and supervises in the daily production. Takes responsibility for own all production during the shift
  • 5- Continuously monitors processing costs and yields, recipes and compares them to the standard to ensure that all products are manufactured to standard
  • 6- Conducts full shift checks in accordance with prescribed guidelines from Executive with full written documentation.
  • 7- Ensure all food production is within the deadlines / time-limits as per operational policy.
  • 8- Monitors the processing rates against the standard and investigate reasons for variances
  • 9- Ensures correct PLC software programs are followed in accordance to the specifications are followed at all times.
  • 10- Ensure the productivity within the shift is as high possible and keeps all documentation for record.
  • 11- Ensures a smooth operation during the shift changes.
  • 12- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • 13- Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • 14- Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
  • 15- Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
  • 16- Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
  • 17- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
  • 18- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
  • Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
Skills
  • Good understanding of hygiene standard and regulations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire production staff.
  • Skills with establishing SOP and processes for the site
  • Highly numerate, monitors processing yields, consumable costs and utility costs per kg of output.
  • Experience using programmable logic controllers (PLC)
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary processing environment.
  • Training staff on hygiene best practices.
  • Endurance to handle the physical demands of the kitchen.
